The Labyrinth

The labyrinth is a meditative walking path designed for reflection, release, and renewal.

By moving slowly inward to the center and outward again, walkers use the rocks, sky, and natural surroundings as guides to let go of burdens, connect with themselves, and set intentions for their spirit..

The Journey

STEP 1 • Prepare Yourself

Dress warmly in layers, wear comfortable shoes, and bring a light bag with tea if you’d like. Before entering, pause, breathe deeply, 

and ask the Universe for what you need.

STEP 2 • Walk Inward with Presence

Enter the labyrinth slowly. Move at a relaxed, meditative pace toward the center. If thoughts of people arise, pause at a rock, place your hands on it, and speak or release what’s on your mind. Let the rocks hold and transform the energy for you.

STEP 3 • Arrive at the Center

Sit or stand quietly. Breathe, stretch, sip tea, and enjoy the view. Let yourself experience stillness and peace. 

This is your time to be fully with yourself.

STEP 4 • Walk Outward with Intention

Begin the return walk. When a rock calls you, pause to make a manifesting statement (e.g., “I want to feel strong,” “I want to live with ease”). Offer thanks to the Earth, Sky, and Spirit as you continue outward.

STEP 5 • Reflect and Give Thanks

Once you exit, turn back toward the labyrinth. Reflect on your journey, acknowledge the energy exchanged, and thank the Universe. 

Return often to deepen your practice and enjoy the magic unfolding in your life.
